Gel Printing Workshop for Tweens

Raymond Carver RoomLearn the basic process of gel printing through hands-on practice with artist Kaylee Cammack.
Tweens will create their own gel printed pages and then turn their work into a finished product.
About the Artist
Kaylee has a Master of Arts in Teaching and has taught grades K–12. Currently, Kaylee teaches Community Education classes in gel plate printing, collage, and card making at Peninsula College. She also teaches for the Peninsula Performs program through Field Arts and Events Hall. She believes that some of our most meaningful learning comes through play, exploration, practice, and repetition.
This program is in partnership with Peninsula Performs! which brings professional artists into K-12 classrooms in Port Angeles and Sequim during the school year.
Summer Reading Program
This event is part of the Summer Reading Program, generously supported by local Friends of the Library groups.
